[LG LEON LTE] Low mic gain/volume for everything (calls, whatsapp, recording...)

Anyone else suffering the same? Mic gain is SO low compared to other devices. I'm comming from Moto Defy and I can totally hear the difference. Other people even tell me the same.
Is there any way to adjust main mic gain on Android? I will root this device.
