So yesterday I downloaded and installed Beats Audio Installer 2.3.40 on my Nexus 5 and after I rebooted the device, it cannot get to the lock screen.
I can still access the bootloader and I have TWRP if that's of any use.
Normally what will happen if I power it on, is it will simply keep running the boot animation, but if I boot it from TWRP it does the whole Lollipop app upgrading thing but then it just stays on "Starting apps".
I've tried the following:
- Clearing the cache and the dalvik cache from TWRP
- Booting the device through TWRP, through the bootloader and normally (with the power button)
- Leaving the phone off for ages and trying to boot
- Trying to boot with the charger plugged in and it running on battery.
Device info:
- Phone name = LG Nexus 5
- Storage Option - 32GB
- Root access = True/Yes
- TWRP installed
- Xposed Installed
- ROM = Stock Google Lollipop 5.1.1
I've read in a few forums that flashing the stock images will reset it but I don't want to waste time seeing as I have awful internet.
All my files are still on my phone (not backed up) which I can see through TWRP's file manager.
I'm wondering whether I could fix it by simply uninstalling the app and removing the BAI drivers, if so, how would I go about doing this.
Thanks in advance for any help.
