Change Dialer and Contacts on costum rom for f460

Is there any way to change the Dialer and Contacts on a F460 ? I dont mean using apps from the play store
I got a custom rom RadeonMaya 1.7 and tired of the default apps from LG :( small pic for contact ... Cannot slide to call .. )
