Deleted TA partition

So I accidently deleted my TA partition on my Xperia T (I think - I know I deleted partition number 1, while trying to expand storage for apps) and now my phone isn't showing any signals of life. I have some sort of TA backup, but I don't know how to flash it?

Is there any way I can get my phone working again?
