Development in Manchester UK

Is there any devs or people who know how to install custom recovery and custom roms on the M2 in Oldham near Manchester UK, I also have a nexus 5 and a Alcatel-Lucent phones that just need a bit of work by a mobile tech clever person, I just find it really hard to understand myself I'm OK rooting my phones but after that it's too much for me, just a shout for help if anyone's nearby please
