do you guys think it may be possible to go to verizon and claim that ever since upgrading to lollipop I've had nothing but trouble. I could then say I've done everything i can like factory reset etc. maybe they could give me a new phone or refurbished one that has kit kat? just a thought to maybe get myself able to root now that I'm stuck on the bog 5 update.
