More than 2 wearables in the same device

Hi everyone. I am George. Here's my problem... I have a Sony xperia z2 smartphone and also a Sony SmartWatch 3. Everything is good except for the fact of my Bluetooth headset. I have used many devices (just earphones, single bt earphone and dual bt earphone) but my problem was that I could not carry them all the time due to my job. I got to the conclusion that what suits me best is something like huawei talkband b1 or dream link etc. Now I have this question. Can I use at the same time the SmartWatch and the talkband? I am waiting for your help. If you have any other thoughts like other talkband please state them. Thank you..
