I am running KitKat on N9002 (Dual SIM Note 3).
I have tried several (well all I could Google..) ideas to get the Play Store on the device, with no luck. I flashed several packages (tried a few from CM, and another I ran across).
I cannot tell if the phone is rooted (CWM reported it was not on the first reboot, asked to root it, and did not ask again - but since I cannot install anything I cannot tell).
Simply copying the APK from another phone does not work of course :(
The irony is the phone is for the Russian market, but mine came with the Chinese stcok ROM.
