Nobody fixed this problem. Someone can help me?

Hi developers. I hope i can find a resolve for my problem.

I have n7100 I can get sms, i can call but i cant hear and My voice does not go to the opposite side.

But I can call with viber or WhatsApp app. My microphone and my speaker is working. My Imei is orginal. I did try with too much ROMs. But all the same. What can I do for that?
