Question about removing T-Mobile

I just bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab S for 0 from Craigslist. It is like new. I noticed it is a T-Mobile version. Is there anyway to remove all the T-Mobile stuff and it is reminding me that there is no SIM card too. I just want WiFi. Thanks!
