Questions about Replacement Screen

Hi, is there a tutorial for when you buy the full screen assembly from aliexpress, this one:

And dont need to do all the heating/separating stuff? Planning on replacing my broken OPO screen tonight but I cannot find a single tutorial that doesn't completely disassemble the phone into its component parts then goes messing around with the hot air gun like this one:

Anybody know what Im talking about? I just want to swap the screens...
