[Readme][Z5 Compact real-world performance explained]

Hi all,

i just got my Z5C and am really loving it, however me and many others experienced quite some sluggishness in certain situations.
As a long time (4 years) Sony user and developer i found the cause very soon, and seeing many threads and videos moaning about "poor software"
i felt the need to explain things.

So, what's it all about?
  • Sony has decided not to use (or at least not fully use cpu-boosting) -> this improves battery-life but can also lead to performance regressions in certain situations

  • The CPU-scaling-governor is adjusted very conservative -> same as above

Paired with the fact that mostly Cortex-A53-Cores are running on UI-rendering (which are roughly 2x slower than previous "Krait" Cores), conservative governor tuning and the lack of boosting impact performance quite a bit.

Now especially users coming from Samsung may have the opinion that the device "underperforms" -
Recent Galaxy models have (i am by no means an expert but looking at the software it is clearly visible) various frequency-boosters on Rom/Kernel-level,
which Sony-devices either lack or have disabled.

Conclusion:
Further updates can improve the situation, it is solely coming down to some minor tuning.
