receiving SMS messages only when I receive an incoming call

Hi guys. I started having this issue two days ago. I only receive text messages when I answer an incoming call. I answer, and then all the texts since the previous call arrive with their vibrate notifications.

Have any of you experienced this, or have any idea what may be causing it?

I am using Textra on stock unrooted 6.0 with the bootloader unlocked.
