[TEMP FIX] Talk & Surf at the sametime

Until Sprint gets it volte network up and running you won't be able to talk and surf the internet at the same time atm, unless....

The temp fix will be getting ""hangouts dialer"" and using your lte services to make calls and still being able to surf the internet.
