Can't believe I'm that guy but I've been trying to figure it out.
I ordered this one:

Thinking it would be identical to the one I already have in my other car, AN-21 equivalent and I would know what to do with it.
I got surprised with one that looks the same but has some differences:
Model number on the box is TH8086GN
connections in the back (multiple smaller plugs for the RCAs ext mic, front camera input)
built in wi-fi with rubber antenna mounted in the back
quad core processor
The launcher is the same as I originally had with the AN-21 (live tree/bird nest wallpaper, 4 big non removable widgets for Radio, music, aux etc)
Settings menu very similar with "general" and "Extra setting" with 123456 password (again same as AN-21)
Developer options passwd 7890, same as AN-21
External keyboard isn't working (it does on the AN-21)
Settings->About device shows:
Processor Type: QuadCore-R16 1.6G
Android Version: 4.4.2
MCU Version: 5.3.16-1-10-610101-150819
System Version: 4.4.4_20150821
