This phone has multiple viruses and you can't disable or delete them. So I thought the thing to do would be to flash the original firmware after a hard reset. But I don't really know how this phone works as it is not mine. I can't find the firmware anywhere or any guides on how to flash the rom. So help would be appreciated.
