New Chromecast Audio via Hot Spot

Can I use new Chromecast Audio to play music in my Car Speaker?
I can create wi-fi hot spot and connect chromecast to mobile hotspot and then connect chromecast to Aux cable on car speaker system.

Let me know if it is possible.
