[Q]How to add a new entry in system settings?

hi guys, I would like to integrate AppsOps app which is very nice in my rom as per users suggestion.

the app is working fine now, but I need to run it via the drawer, while I would like to add an entry for it in settings, to be able to access it via system settings rather than keeping it in the drawer... do you guys know how to do that? :fingers-crossed:
