M5 Kernel Boot Loop

Every time i try to install M5 kernel on my Z2 (Unlocked Bootloader) ( CM 12.1 Latest Build) using CM recovery i get boot loop after installing the kernel.
Tested M5 Kernel V9 and V10 Permissive
Any solutions ?
