Bad problem! Download mode refuses to work on ALL computers! "Custom" lock icon

Absolutely terrible problem! I flashed my phone a long time ago, and the "custom lock" icon never went away. But I didn't care. The Phone worked beautifully and still does. It is in fact rooted.

Then, ATT started pushing the Lollipop 5.0 Over The Air upgrade, and it failed every time. So, I tried to root the phone. It roots, but no go on download mode.

Then, I wiped absolutely everything, including caches with total factory reset and reformatted my SD card. Rebooted. Bam! Custom boot pic!

Got drivers on both the Mac and using heimdall front end AND Odin on virtual machine running Win10 64 bit, full USB access. Still no go! No computer will recognize my Note in Download mode. And I also turned on developer/debugging mode. I really need help. I'm using the original Note III cable. I can't imagine it's a bad cable. I take great care of all of my electronics and the cable isn't torn or worn.

Can I send screen shots? I'll send everything. Just tell me how. Here's the boot screen. I really want the Lollipop Stock upgrade now. I just want me phone to boot into Lollipop, stock. The knox counter has not been tripped. As mentioned, tell me how to do screen shots, or, tell me what you want me to take a pic of and I'll upload them. I'll start with the boot screen, pic attached. Thanks
