I have created a nice theme for My LG G2 (D801) this should work regardless of carrier though.
The basis of this rom is my SlimLP rom with Xposed custom framework, i do not take credit for any of the creations, just the simple fact of setting the customization up.

Requirements
- Rooted LG G2
- Philz Touch Recovery or other compatible recovery, I will include a copy of philz touch at the bottom
- Any 5.x Rom for Your G2, i recommend SlimLP it is what i use and it runs very well
- the custom lollipop xposed framework by romracer (attached at the bottom)
- the alpha xposed 3.0 apk (attached at bottom)
- and two xposed modules and one free play store application that we'll get into later
Step 1:
-root, if you are coming from stock, you can use autorec.apk, google it and make sure you get the correct version for your phone
Step2:
- Install a proper recovery, if you use the Autorec application to root and flash your G2, it installs TWRP, since i prefer Philz and it works the best for this application i recommend it, see the attached (THIS RECOVERY ATTACHED IS FOR THE TMOBILE LG G2 (D801) DO NOT USE ON ANY OTHER VARIANT
Step3:
- Back up your stock, if you are using philz you can do a custom back up, i recommend a full entire back up
- Flash your ROM, there are plenty of CR's out there, but i prefer the SlimLP rom, or Sudorootdev's Vanir ASOP rom, both are great choices.
Step 4:
- Flash Gapps, the distribution is your chioce
Step 5:
- boot system and set up with google account
- Go into settings and enable developers settings (settings>about>press build number repeatedly)
- go into developers settings and change root access to enabled for apps and adb, and also turn USB debugging on
- Install the Alpha3.0 Xposed apk
Step 6:
- Reboot into recovery and flash the Xposed lollipop framework
- Reboot system, and wait, depending on the number of applications you have, it could take a long time to "optimize your apps"
- Once booted up go into the Xposed application and it should say that your framework is installed
- Go to download and search for "android Theme Engine" and "Lolistat"
- Activate both and reboot your phone
Step 7:
- Go into android theme engine and scroll down to "navbar themes" check "Enable Navbar Themes" and the select the windows theme
- click the "restart ui" button next to the gear in the app
Step 8:
- Go into lolistat and enable tint navigation bar, and tint notification icons, what this does is merges the native color of the app, as seen in the above pictures, to the navbar and statusbar colors
- WARNING/// Lolistat tends to crash when using the slimrecents feature, to fix this go to settings>interface>recent apps panel>"slim recents" off
Step 9:
- This is the main part of the theme, go to the play store and download WP Launcher, it is free
- once installed, press home and it will prompt you as to use which launcher, select "WP launcher" and click always
Step 10:
- Customize it to your liking, i will include the "Master Chief Approves" picture and you can pull the windows 10 lockscreen picture from and W10 machine
////Further Customization////
- Messaging Metro Beta- for texting, looks very much like a WP messaging application
- ai.type keyboard Free + Emoji- can theme to look like WP
