Accidently deleted everything in recovery, now nothing really works anymore

Hey,

so as the title states I have accidently deleted everything while i was in recovery.
My Bootloader and Recovery still work, i was also able to access my phone via fastboot and partly via adb (adb only while i was in recovery, sideload did not work though).
I was not able to flash any firmware, rom, or anything like that.
My version-main output in fastboot is also empty.
Here is a screen of my fastboot -getvar output:

Code:

(bootloader) version: 0.5
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 1.55.0000
(bootloader) version-baseband: 4A.22.3263.03
(bootloader) version-cpld: None
(bootloader) version-microp: None
(bootloader) version-main:
(bootloader) version-misc: PVT SHIP S-ON
(bootloader) serialno: XXXX
(bootloader) imei: XXXX
(bootloader) meid: 00000000000000
(bootloader) product: m7_ul
(bootloader) platform: HBOOT-8064
(bootloader) modelid: PN0710000
(bootloader) cidnum: T-MOB101
(bootloader) battery-status: good
(bootloader) battery-voltage: 4321mV
(bootloader) partition-layout: Generic
(bootloader) security: on
(bootloader) build-mode: SHIP
(bootloader) boot-mode: FASTBOOT
(bootloader) commitno-bootloader: dirty-d2906a15
(bootloader) hbootpreupdate: 11
(bootloader) gencheckpt: 0
all: Done!
finished. total time: 0.050s

I kinda figured it has something to do with the empy main version, but i didnt get anything really out of there.
Another (maybe?) problem is that phone is from telekom germany, and kind of locked.

How do I get my phone working again?
Thank you for your help in advance!
