Just did a material design update to my app Saving Made Simple and added a ton of features. This app can be used however you want, it's got the features you need to just track goals and payments to those goals, or you could also track expenses which impact your goals. Heck, you could use the Cash Flow (which is for unallocated cash, so cash you haven't put in a goal yet) to monitor all of your savings and expenses easily, letting you know exactly how much free cash you have.
I have used this app to save for various vacations, a new Android phone (love my S6) and more.
