Bricked LG G2 (D803) Boot certification verify error

Cause:
-This morning LG released not an OTA update for my G2, me thinking "I might finally get lollipop" I just blindly said accepted. Without thinking about my phone being rooted and such. My phone started to restart then shut off.

What happens:
-When I try to restart it the phone it will turn on show the LG logo, then show "Error: Boot certification verify" and "Secure booting Error!" after that the screen will go black, but not off and stay there until I try to restart again, and the cycle will repeat.

My phone info:
-LG G2 D803
-Rooted
-No recovery (becuase when I tried to get it the "boot cerifaction verify will show up, but the phone would still restart as if nothing happened.)
-I have many xposed modules installed
-Launcher over stock LG software

What I have tried:
1. I have tried plugging my phone in to see if will be recognized by my computer, so I could reinstall the stock software or update;
My computer can't recognize my phone, so most of the solutions that have worked for others won't work for me.
2. I have tried Power+ Volume Down to get to factory reset;
The menu will show up but when I select it, it will attempt to restart but the Error: Boot certification verify error will show and it's "What Happens" all over again.
3. I have updated all the drivers necessary;
Won't work because of 1. reasons

What can be done?
1. I don't know how/if I can get into download mode. If that is one thing I haven't tried
2. I'll try letting the phone die as a last resort to see if that can help change anything

Honestly I have no idea. My phone might just be too far gone. Any new ideas or recommendations would be much appreciated.

-Thanks in Advance!
