I have Galaxy Core Prime G360H, i connect the mobile to PC for transferring data and my mobile got infected and start malfunctioning. i removed SD card and factory reset the handset but it is still not working properly. Please help me what should i do?
should i flash the ROM? if yes then please tell me the procedure.
