respected people of xda , i have been using note 4 qualcomm snapdragon 805 2.65ghz version sm-n910g note 4 since past 10 months . its still in warranty. the thing is the phone is freezing and restarting on its own and sometimes it restarts into download mode and sometimes it says kernel mode and sometimes shows emmc failed . the possible solutions i have tried are
1. downloaded a new copy of firmware from sammobile and used odin to install it
2.did factory reset / wipe cache partition
3.tried running phone in safe mode also . same problem
i have not droppped the phone . i have never rooted the phone .
i know i can give it to the service centre as it is in warranty but those people will just format and give it back . i want to have the knowledge of you people on this.. please help me on the same
