HELP Troubleshooting. RANDOM Shutoff/Reboot, and wifi not turning on

Not sure if anyone else has had this problem with the wifi randomly not working.

I have an AT&T Note 5 unlocked using a T-mobile SIM. Works fine except sometimes it will randomly reboot/shut off. (Yes I cleared the cache in recovery mode and it seems it has helped)

Everything works fine except for the wifi, which is weird because it'll work, then when the phone randomly restarts, the wifi doesn't work. It'll say its turning on but never does. Then I clear the cache in recovery mode and it'll work again.

History up until this problem:
-AT&T locked and was using it on wifi for games until my unlock code came in. Worked fine and great.
-Unlocked phone, wifi and sim network works fine.
-Restored contacts from old note 3, still working fine.
-installed all my regular apps, still working fine.

THEN after a little while, a random reboot. Sometimes wifi will not work, sometimes it'll work. Still does it even after a cache clear.

Is there something else I can try to stop the random reboot, or was there something else I needed to input with my unlock code? or another setting in a hidden menu. Maybe something with google play?

Any help would be appreciated. Awesome phone but starting to get frustrated with this device.
