HELP!!After trying to root ı had "Insufficient file permission"error Probably bricked

I unlocked bootloader then ı tried to root my phone.
After finished root SuperSu gived "There is no Su Binary installed. you need to manually re root." error.

And ı now HTCSync doesn't recognize my phone, ı couldn't transfer documents to my phone, couldn't take photos, couldn't run lots of apps.

Probably ı bricked.
