HTC One XL PJ83500 HBOOT Corrupt

I have HTC One XL CID__J15 PJ83500 with unlocked bootloader 2.10, SuperCID/S-Off with rumrunner, TWRP 2.8 and custom ViperXL 4.2 ROm and I plan to use CM12.1 so for it need HBoot ver 2.14 or above so I come to this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2156686 and flash Hboot 2.14 by follow instruction but it stuck on Green bar I wait longer but it still stuck green bar so I reboot phone and now it blank screen but in Device Manager show "HTC Android Interface" and fastboot command working but

and device manager detect these device

USB Composite Device

and Adb show device offline and fastboot not detect device. Please let me know how to fix it?
