I want to upgrade the ROM on my HTC Bravo from MildWild 14 to a newer version of Android (4.*), but whenever I try to boot into any of the new ROMs it just hangs on the splash screen (after 45+ minutes).
I've tried the following ROMs so far:
- CM 10.1 Chromium
- CM 10.1 VJ Jelly Bean 4.2.2 v6.3
- Beanstalk Release 6
- KitKANG v2.0
I have upgraded my recovery to TWRP 2.7.1.0 and have repartitioned my 2Gb SD card using the GParted method. The first partition is 385Mb FAT32 and the 2nd is 1.5Gb EXT4. I always do a full wipe before trying each ROM.
Is it the case that the JB ROMs require more memory, and is that why I'm not able to boot any of them?
