Hi there all,
I know this may cause fire, burns and flames - probably all out war but it is a genuine question that I would like to ask to all without having arguments, biased comments, hate and all the other things between users.
My question is that regarding the new Nexus 6P and the iPhone 6 Plus. I have been deciding on a new phone and for the life of me I really can't figure out which one I would prefer. Now, I have never had an iPhone, and for good measure up until the 6 Plus. I, myself, prefer much larger screens and with the previous iPhone's (the 5s for example), the size of the screen really wasn't in comparison to my previous phones.
Now, the reason why I have been contemplating a move to the 'dark side' is down to a change. I have a Galaxy S5 currently and although I'm not unhappy, I'm not happy. I'm not blown away by my phone and it has its pros and cons. I find that the RAM usage is poor (though this is common with Touchwiz) but generally I'm just not that blown away by Android at the moment. Though, this being said I'm not blown away by iOS but we can't ignore that Apple are moving forward in their way of development.
The iPhone 6 Plus' build quality is second to none and I think we can all appreciate that, though the OS is restricting and I'm not sure whether I can deal with that.
I was really tempted for a Nexus 6P but the price hike in the UK really isn't justified to be £579 for the 128gb model (Personally, I would need this) and has made me quite annoyed at Google to be honest.
Another thing is that the mobile data drainage still is an issue in 6.0 apparently.
Any ideas on what would draws your attention to either handsets and their pro's and con's for you?
Thanks,
Jon
