Sharing my friend experience..
My friend was facing problem with AdMob due to wrong account name after that wrong account address.. AdMob email thread started JUNE 22 -2015 - completed on - SEP 29 2015.
She was in touch 3 people in AdMob support team -
1 Mr. Thomas Rating - 3 *** out of 10
2 Mr. Konrad 0* out of 10
3 Luca 10*********** out of 10*******
The rating I made based on my experience with the AdMob customer support, I don't have any personal problem with any one or I never know them personally, as a customer I rate there work..
About Mr. Thomas - experience - he just transferd my case to payment team after 4th mail.. The experience is Not Great same time not Bad.
About Mr. Konrad - experience - He is from payment team of AdMob worst experience ever.. He respond to mail every 1 week once with very limited information.. If he handle the case I can say personally its going to be hell to the customer..
About Ms. Luca - I will rate 10***** instant reply, quick and correct answer.. If she handle any case she can resolve the quick as possible..
They helped my friend to get the money out of AdMob and Bank which was holding my friend money since 2 months..

I believe AdMob Customer support doing great job, they never ignore my case.. If you lucky enough you will find people like Luca who can save you from any condition..
