Help plz, nexus 6 locked b/l, no recovery, no os?

Hi everybody,
my sister messed with her nexus 6 to update it,
now nexus 6 locked bootlaoder, no recovery, no os, i know that i cant flash any thing using fastboot,
is there any way that allows me to force unlocking the bootlaoder through fastboot or flash an os recovery?
