How can I root the HTC Desire 626 android 5.1?

I've unlocked my bootloader and I've already trying Kingoroot. Kingroot and a few other tools that claim to work. Does anyone know where I can find a tutorial on how to manually root it with my PC? This is just Desire 626 not 626s..
