Odin Flashing Error

Hi Guys
I decided upgrade to "SphinX-v2a-Lollipop(BOH3)_BETA4" .
in flash processing crash with this error :

and i force to back "SCL24KDU1BOH3" stock LOCK ROM.
then when i want flash this ROM or another, error happened again.
