Xperia E4 - no sim card after encrypting SD card

Hello. I have a major problem with my Xperia E4, it doesn't read SIM anymore. I believe it was caused by device encryption. A few months ago I encrypted my phone, I didn't have SD card at the time. Everything was working ok after it was encrypted. Now I have had an SD card and wanted to encrypt it. So I went again to encryption tool and checked encrypt sd card, after reboot it did ask me for my sim password, then I just left the phone to see later that there's no sim card. I rebooted and same again. I checked this thread: android.stackexchange.com/questions/61422/sim-card-not-detected-after-encrypting-device . Someone had similar issue, except device encryption caused this problem, not sd encryption., he solved it by decrypting the device. I did a factory reset twice and it still doesn't work. The sim card works ok in another phone.
Any help greatly appreciated.
