receiving SMS messages only when I receive an incoming call

Hi guys. I started having this issue two days ago. I only receive text messages when I answer an incoming call. I answer, and then all the texts since the previous call arrive with their vibrate notifications.

Have any of you experienced this, or have any idea what may be causing it?

I am using Textra on stock unrooted 6.0 with the bootloader unlocked.

App to send messages on airplane

My wife and I are going to be flying next week and won't be sitting together. Does anyone know of an app that we can both load on our phones to send messages via Bluetooth or WiFi direct?

"unfortunately, settings has stopped" - Messages Notifications.

I'm getting error "unfortunately, settings has stopped" when I click on messages notifications under ringtones and sounds. I've cleared the cache and rebooted. Still getting that error. Any advice or am I going to have to factory reset this bug machine?

Error messages

Im having issues flashing roms thru odin. I keep getting an error message saying

E/sbin/runatboot. sh process ended with ERROR-1

When i try to flash thru odin i get a failed and on my download mode, top left, it says something about a magic string failed.

Can anyone tell me whats going on? I have tried to search it but came up with nothing.

[FIX] How to backup and restore Viber messages + media for Viber

• Force Stop Viber

• In TitaniumBackup folder find com.viber.voip-(some numbers).tar archive

• Open \data\data\com.viber.voip\.\databases using file explorer in android ( recommended Root Browser from Google Play Store or any browser with root permissions) or transfer the .tar file to computer and open with WinRar program.
  

• Find both "viber_messages" AND "viber_messages_journal" files

• Copy them to \data\data\com.viber.voip\databases on the phone

• change permission for viber_messages to RW RW --


• change permission for viber_messages_journal to RWX RW --

• And change the "group" and "owner" to same as the com.viber.voip folder - these are the permissions needed for the Viber app to access those files or it will constantly crash.

Restart phone and that's it, you will have all your messages :good: :D
