[Q] How to change a notification tone by a root browser?

Ok I use the facebook group app quite a bit , but the notification is way to low

I converted it to system app and was going to change the tone to something different but I cant find the original one to swap it with in any of the sub folders etc

can someone help me out please

LG TONE INFINIM won't turn on

got these earphones about a mouth ago, they are great and all but for some reason I can't get theme to turn on right now..
it look like they charges normally, but when I switch them on nothing happens..
any ideas?
