I buy a new zenfone 2 and it does not work even when it charges!!!

AFTV2 - Custom DNS Server setting does not work on WiFi connection

I have noticed on the AFTV2 that custom DNS setting only works on the WIRED network. If you try the same on the WiFI connection (by clicking Advanced in the popup window) ... it will pretend to accept the custom DNS ... but instead rolls back to the DNS supplied by the DHCP server.

I need the custom DNS to work on the WiFI connection. My Apple TV box also has a custom DNS - so Amazon need to fix the bug .. without me having to root the device etc.

If you are on stock Kitkat ROM can you test VLC please ?

This friday came lollipop (5.0.2) to the Brazilian model (D805).

I installed the Xposed (5.0) (Xposed-v75-sdk 21-arm.zip) and the system does not start.

I've tried an older version (v65 Xposed-sdk-21-arm) and remains locked in the boot screen.

[Q] How does impressions and clicks work on mobile app ads?

Hello everyone. I have a question about mobile application ads.

I have a local social networking kind of app that has banner ads on every page, and a interstitial (full screen) ad that shows up when you first open the app. Say I have 1000 unique users daily, and every user sees the interstitial ad + at least 3 banner ads.

1) Can an estimation be made on the revenue per day based on that data?

2) Do I get paid for every impression on every single page? Say 1 user opens the app, sees the interstitial ad, then opens 3 pages. Does it mean that I get 1+3 impressions for that user?

3) Same question for clicks. Say 1 user clicks an ad, then closes the pop up (or whatever the ad opens up) and then clicks it again. Does it count as 2 clicks? Or say the same user clicks on an ad, closes it, changes the page and clicks on another ad on a different page. What's the logic behind it?

Would super appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

PS: I have searched various forums for the answer, got few ideas but since I'm not experienced on any kind of ad related stuff, I felt like a dummy. I definitely need an in-depth help that focuses on my certain situation, not a general answer, if possible of course.

C6833 WiFi & MicroSD Card won't work on all AOSP/CM Base ROMs.?

I wonder about my C6833, the Micro SD Card & WiFi work fine with all Stock & all Stock Base ROMs.

But when flash any AOSP/CM ROMs the Micro SD Card don't detect and WiFi won't turn on.

does Xmultiwindow or Xhalofloatingwindow work on cynogemod 12.1?

I'm running cm 12.1 on my note 4 and Xhalofloatingwindow does not work right, It crashes the system ui. Xmultiwindow sorta works but the side bar will not slide close once it's been open. Only way to close it is to close all the windows.

2016 VW Golf Android Auto won't work with LG G4

Hi, I just recently got a new Golf with the app connect system that has Android Auto functionality built in. However, I just can't get it to work with my G4. I've downloaded the Android Auto app, I've tried using different cables but every time I plug it in the AA app seems to just crash. It also won't connect manually when I try to connect it in the car. I live in Australia. Is there anything else I can do/download to make this work? Thanks.

HELP i rooted my phone and now it doesn't work

Hello,
I rooted my phone and then i istalled a new ROM. The ROM had some problems so i removed it trough recovery mode ---> clean to istall a new ROM
After that i accidentally type on "factory reset" and now i can't use my phone (it only shows me the logo screen)
i tried to istall other ROM but they didn't work ( they caused non-stop rebooting in my device)

Note4 fails to optain IP address on wifi at work

Hi guys,

My stock note4 on 5.1.1 doesnt connect to the wifi at work on the 1st floor where my workstation is. It does connect easy on the ground floor.
My laptop and ASUS tablet connects easy on the work wifi.
As a result i have to bring my own MIFI device to connect over my own personal wifi contract with Telkom.

When i try connect on the work wifi it says "obtaining IP address", then says "failed". But i can connect when im on the ground floor.

It did the same even before i upgraded the firmware OTA at home.

What could be the problem?
