Cannot write in internal storage

Hello
I have weird problem, I cannot write in internal storage ; all apps functions that requires write access doesn't work.

I installed file explorer with root access. when I navigate to internal storage from " storage/emulated/0" I cannot create new folder (operation failed). but when I navigate to internal storage from "data/media/0" I have write access!

Every folder in the path have write access property.

I tried different solutions with no avail:
I formatted every thing and re-flashed the rom. same problem.

I tried:

Code:

su
echo mkdir /storage/sdcard0 > /data/local/userinit.sh
chmod 700 /data/local/userinit.sh
reboot

Code:

su
restorecon -v -R /data/media

Galaxy note II N7100
android 5.1
exodus-5.1 (cm-12)

[ROOT]Gaining write access on system partition

The latest update to .368 restricts access to /system, in particular 'mount -o remount,rw /system' won't give write access.

With the SuperSU 'supolicy' tool and a current busybox there is an easy way around the protection:

Code:

/system/xbin/supolicy --live \
  "allow init_shell unlabeled file {execute execute_no_trans}"\
  "allow  {init_shell kernel} {device unlabeled mmc_block_device} blk_file {getattr read write open ioctl}"\
  "allow init_shell kernel process setsched"\
  "allow init_shell {rootfs labeledfs} filesystem {mount umount remount}"

mknod /dev/loop2 b 7 2
losetup /dev/loop2 /dev/block/mmcblk0 -o 96468992
mount -t ext4 /dev/loop2 /system

The number in the losetup command is the position of the system partition in bytes in the internal memory. (This number in blocks (bytes = blocks * 512) is displayed in the expert mode of fdisk)

This works because we do not use the device corresponding to the system partition but construct an equivalent device.

extSd2internSd on n910f other a Rom for write apps to extern sd

Good meet.
I am on that looks to Rome for the mobile phone n910f.
On which extSd2internSd functions.
And is there another programme in this kind?
I have a note 4 n910f with 126gb externally and 36gb inside with aicp rom.
and would exchange with pleasure.

As alternative ones I could also fancy Rome all my apps on the external map SD can write.

I am open for all solutions.
Thanked me beforehand for the nice help.
Unfortunately, mine is bad in English

android write protection and flashing roms

alright guys i know you need root to flash roms and if your like me with the droid turbo xt1254 running 5.1 well your SOL on root for now and verizon has our bootloaders locked so i was thinking when you update it verifies motorolas signature on the update so with that being there we cant flash w/o root even then mofo root only did so much for the 4.4.4 users that paid not beeing able to disable the write protection so could we some how get motorolas signature from and OTA zip and put that on or into an img or in a ROM and bypass it this way thus not needing root idk this idea has been in my head for a bit and id love to see what you guys think until then i will keep tryin on this god forsaken update

Sammobile 5.0.2 tar fails after nand write

Trying to downgrade my Metro s6 from rooted 5.1.1 with twrp... back to 5.0.2 which I've always done on every Samsung phone ... some reason even the official sammobile tar fails in odin after nand write.
Is the s6 not dowgradeable?
You should be able to flash any tmobile s6 tar onto even the metro version ...
I've even tried deleting the .md5
