Sending video by mms

Is there a way to send video's via mms. On Samsung devices when you send a video that is to big it will resize them. Is there a camera app that will resize after taking a video. The pure doesn't give you a option to take a lower resolution video that will go over mms.

Google messenger not sending images.

Searched around and found that the app has some issues with apn's, and that it's a Google issue but could not find a an apn workaround.

It was fine and month ago, had sent some images to wife's note 4 that I had downloaded from Google images, still having the same images in the gallery I tried resending image, but now it fails to send,WiFi or regular data.

Any help will be appreciated.

Motorola XT915 Cynagenmod 12.1 (Lollipop 5.1.1) - SMS sending Failed issue

Dear xda developers,

I have installed a custom ROM from Cyanogenmod version 12.1 Nightly
I read some tutorial and documentation and everything works great, installed the ROM without any trouble, except that i couldn't make the backup of my original Android Software. (Which keeps hanging and thats why i installed CM)

Now the problem is i can't send SMS, whenever i press the send button it simply display the red exclamation sign and says sending failed. although i can receive SMS and Calls. but couldn't send.

I must need the SMS functionality to work, please help! i don't have the Stock rom in backup so i'm stuck here now

Sprint Nexus6 not sending MMS

Title prettynmuch says it. My wife and I are on stock nexus 6 from Sprint and since the ninja update we haven't been able to send picture or MMS messages at all. Did I miss something here? Can anyone help us fix it? I tried using Google hangouts instead of the default messenger app and nothing.
