What you need to know:
You need to be either on B133, or B3xx to upgrade. (xx means any number, like B312, B303......)
You need to have root/superuser removed to upgrade.
All of your user data will be erased after upgrade.
If you are not on the required versions, go to the download page, below the big blue "下载" button, there's a link:

Click it to download and flash your B133

To download the upgrade ROM, click the big blue "下载" button.
